POLICE DEPARTMENT EVIDENCE STORAGE BUILDING CONTRACT NO: 1278-CON-24 The project, in general, consists of construction a 40’ × 60’ insulated steel building, and related building component, utility and site work. Scope of construction includes: Removal of existing aggregate base, concrete, and AC that is in conflict with the proposed building Installation of utilities to serve the proposed building including: water, storm drainage, sewer, and electrical Installation of building foundation, and related flatwork Erection of 40’ × 60’ insulated steel building Installation of various appurtenances relating to the building’s functionality as described in the project plans For a more detailed description of the project scope, see the project plans and these special provisions. All questions and Requestsfor Information (RFIs) regarding the project must be submitted through Public Purchase on the project link.
