The Complete Bid Package can be found HERE or copies will be available at Wausau City Hall, Community Development Department, 407 Grant Street, Wausau, WI 54403 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. In order to qualify to submit proposals for this project, contractors must be able to provide proof of their Dwelling Contractor’s and Dwelling Contractor Qualifier’s licenses and all necessary insurance – including workman's compensation and minimum umbrella coverage per house.
