The Pre-Bid Walk-through Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged attend. Miscellaneous: All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than noon, June 27, 2022, to purchasing@newrochelleny.com. The RFP Specification No. shall be included in the Subject Line of all emails submitted. The City will post the answers to the questions received on the City’s website no later than 4:30 pm, June 30, 2022. The City reserves the right to amend the RFB based on questions and issues raised at any time prior to the RFB submission deadline.
