The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 518210 and the small business size standard is $40,000,000.BRIEF SUMMARY OF WORKNAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas is seeking sources for a vendor to provide the Joint Region Marianas Fire & Emergency Services (JRM F&ES) an electronic patient care reporting sysyem. This is a centralized, web-based system that offers pre-hospital emergency data collection, analysis and reporting in one enterprise solution that supports the identification of evolving problems or successes in emergency health care while simultaneously providing secure access of that information to authorized personnel from anywhere, at any time. The information can be used to set priorities, make plans and ultimately assure safe and effective delivery of EMS to the public. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTSThe Government acknowledges that responses to this sources sought are not binding offers. The information obtained will assist in our market research and future solicitation processes.The Capability Statement shall concisely address the following items to demonstrate the contractor’s capability to perform the requirements of this draft Statement of Work: The capabilities statement shall be concise and focused on the required services as described in the draft statement of work (SOW). Include the contractor’s ability to manage, technical ability, and capacity to conduct the types and magnitude of tasking in the SOW. Sales brochures, videos, and other marketing information materials are not solicited and will not be reviewed.Cost or price information is not solicited and will not be reviewed.COMPANY PROFILE: Company name; company address; business size; CAGE code; UNIQUE Entity ID; NAICS codes; point‐of‐contact name, telephone number, and email address; and indicate if actively registered on System for Award Management (SAM).RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Provide a minimum of one and up to three projects completed within the last ten years that are similar in size, scope, and complexity to the current requirement. Submit the location of the work, a brief summary of the work, and statement of the firm’s involvement in the work (prime contractor, subcontractor, and approximate percentage of self-performance) for each project.SUBCONTRACTORS (Optional): If applicable, provide established subcontractor arrangements or partnerships with other companies that your firm could potentially use in the execution of this requirement.
