NOTICEAda County Highway DistrictREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL2023 Light Duty Vehicle Maintenance Services Re-BidSealed proposals for 2023 Light Duty Vehicle Maintenance Services Re-Bid will be received within Ada County Highway District (ACHD) eProcurement portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/achdidaho, until 3:00 pm (local time), Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened via Zoom.The RFP seeks competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide maintenance and repair services to our light duty fleet vehicles. Work under this project shall commence January 1, 2022 and be completed in its entirety by September 30, 2023. ACHD shall have the option to renew the contract thereafter on a yearly basis..All prospective respondents are strongly encouraged to attend a Pre-Submission Meeting and Proposal Workshop at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 8,

2022. As part of this Pre-Submission Meeting, ACHD will provide a workshop to attending respondents concerning the preparation and submission of their proposals. Prospective respondents will meet via Zoom. Although participation in the Pre-Submission Meeting and Proposal Workshop is voluntary, prospective respondents are encouraged to attend as it will be the only opportunity, aside from written inquiry and/or clarification requests, to obtain important information concerning this procurement. All questions or clarifications concerning this Request for Proposal (RFP) or the content and requirements of the RFP Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Respondents shall submit all inquiries regarding this Proposal via the ACHD eProcurement Portal. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the ACHD eProcurement Portal. Bidders may also click “Follow” on this Solicitation to receive an email notification when answers are posted. It is the responsibility of the respondent to check the website for answers to inquiries and addenda. ACHD will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before 4:30 pm on Thursday, November 10, 2022.ACHD has prepared the RFP Documents and copies must be obtained from the eProcurement Portal.ACHD reserves the right to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD.
