Galveston campuses. The resulting agreement shall include, but not be limited to, residential and retail dining, catering, and offshore dining services. As the first phase of the multi-phased process, this RFP is seeking detailed qualifications from highly experienced corporate food service management firms for the purpose of qualifying a short-list of Respondents. Only short-listed Respondents shall be eligible to participate in the subsequent phases of the process.
