The anticipated NAICS code is: 541380, Laboratory testing (except medical, veterinary) services. Size Standard: $16.5M The objective of this effort is to purchase equipment capable of meeting or exceeding performance requirements in accordance with the Purchase Description (PD) requirements (see attached). This equipment should be able to temperature-condition test assets (to simulate real-world hot and cold conditions) prior to functional testing. Additional Background: The Government is also interested in vendors capable of removing existing equipment, performing building modifications (if needed) to accommodate plumbing/piping to feed an exterior air-cooled condenser, and performing installation of the chamber and exterior condenser. Interested vendors should note there are limitations to door openings and room ceilings that may limit external build of unit and transfer to Hill AFB. Additional details can be provided (if requested). The Government also has several attachments (pumps, data recorders) on the existing equipment. The current unit uses 460 V, 60 Hz, 3-Phase power and we anticipate purchasing a unit that requires the same (or better).
