RFP #25-22-1-023, AMHS- Tustumena Replacement Vessel Vehicle Elevator & Turntable System (VETS) Manufacturer CMGC

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (Department) invites proposals from general construction contractors to serve as "Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC)" for AMHS- Tustumena Replacement Vessel Vehicle Elevator and Turntable System (VETS) Manufacturer project. The CMGC procurement is intended to encompass all materials, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for the complete construction of the project, including any preconstruction related services during the development process. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately December 2022 through December 2023 (Preconstruction Services), September 2023 through December 2028 (Construction Services). Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $200,000 - $250,000 for Preconstruction Services and in the range of $10 - $20 Million for Construction
