CITY OF OGDENSBURG ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS OWNER: The City of Ogdensburg hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received at 330Ford Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 for the following project: PROJECT: City of Ogdensburg                                                                                                                                                   Marina Docks Improvements                                                                                                                                    The work to be performed under this contract is located at the City of Ogdensburg Marina located at the Dobisky Center, 100 Riverside Avenue, Ogdensburg, New York. The work included under this project consists of improvements to the City of Ogdensburg Marina docks including new steel pipe piles and new dock floats. TIME: Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk until 2:00 P.M. on Friday , October 29, 2021. They shall be publicly opened and read aloud

in the City Council Chambers at that time. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. If City Hall continues to be semi-shut down due to COVID-19, the bids will be opened and a bid tabulation shall be posted on the City’s website before the close of business the day of the bid opening. PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Copies of the contract documents may be obtained from the City’s website: https://www.ogdensburg.org/Bids.aspx. All questions regarding this Request for Bids should be directed to the City of Ogdensburg Department of Planning and Development Director, Andrea L. Smith at 315-393-7150 or via email at asmith@ogdensburg.org . Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted on the website with the bid documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the opening of Bids may not be answered. BID SECURITY: Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid price in the form described in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS".  No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
