RCPS HVAC Equipment Replacement Project Phase IIb

Rutland City Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as Owner) seeks proposals from interested Air Quality and HVAC services at several RCPS Buildings. The goal is to achieve cleaner, safer air quality in Rutland City Public School (RCPS) buildings. Phase IIb of this project is an equipment replacement stage that is determined by the first phase’s building controls recommissioning information, air quality study data, and RCPS facilities needs assessment priorities. RCPS has selected Johnson Controls via an RFP dated January 28, 2022 to administer this project on behalf of RCPS.
