Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided include Inpatient/Outpatient physician and facility services and outpatient institution services. The contract type is a requirements type contract with firm fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12 month option years for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Year and all Option Years are as follows:Inpatient Days: 1255 estimated days, Outpatient Visits: 2024 estimated
