Bid Title:Residential & Commercial Property Reassessments FY24-25 Category:Goods & ServicesStatus:Open Description: The Town of Wellesley, acting through its Board of Assessors, invites proposals for consulting services in connection with the annual residential and commercial property reassessments for Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025.Interested parties should contact the office of the Board of Assessors at (781) 431-1019 extension 2272 for copies of the Request for Proposals.PLEASE NOTE ADDRESS CHANGEProposals will be received at 888 Worcester Street (Route 9) Suite 120, Select Board Office, Wellesley, Massachusetts, 02482, until 12:00 noon, April 14, 2023.All proposals must conform to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, and the Request for Proposals document. As set forth in the Request for Proposals document, copies of responsive proposals must be enclosed in two (2) sealed envelopes, one plainly marked as “Non-Price Proposal – Town of Wellesley Annual Reassessment,” and the other plainly marked as “Price Proposal – Town of Wellesley Annual Reassessment.”The Board of Assessors reserves the right to accept any proposal, or to reject all proposals, if in the Board’s sole judgment the best interest of the Town of Wellesley would be served thereby.
