Proposals are due on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 1:00 pm, after which proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the GPISD Administration Building. Submissions must be delivered to the Capital Projects Department in the GPISD Administration Building, 14705 Woodforest Blvd., Houston, TX 77015, in a sealed envelope by the close date and time stated in this bid event. A Proposal Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal amount is required. The scope of work includes improvements to

and replacement of the current HVAC controls to allow proper CO2 and Humidity Control. The locations are all student athletic facilities; Natatorium (PE teaching of swimming occurs), fieldhouse (PE teaching of outdoor sports occurs), field monitors facilities where multi-media technology education occurs, and office space that supports student athletic education facilities. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the GPISD Administration Building, on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 10:00 am. Attendance is highly recommended.
