Time-Frame for Delivery, Duration of Contract and Extension Options It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in March 2024. It is the City’s intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for estimated period of five (5) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to an additional five (5) year term. 5.
