Professional Consulting Services for the Development of Land Drainage Servicing Project Description :Full Title: Professional Consulting Services for the Development of Land Drainage Servicing Standards D10. SCOPE OF SERVICES D10.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of the development of Land Drainage Servicing Standards for the City. D10.2 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of the following phases and as outlined in D11 to D14 in accordance with the following: (a) Project Management in accordance with D11; (b) Internal Water and Waste Standards Review in accordance with D12; (c) Market Scan Analysis in accordance with D13; (d) Development of Land Drainage Servicing Standards Documents in accordance with D14, including: (a) Minor System design standards in accordance with D14.2; (b) Major System design standards in accordance with D14.3; (c) Ditch design standards in accordance with D14.4; (d) Naturalized Stormwater Retention Basin (NSRB)

design standards in accordance with D14.5; and (e) Dry Pond design standards in accordance with D14.6. (e) Additional Work Allowance in accordance with D15. D10.3 The Services required shall be in accordance with the City’s Project Management Manual http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates-manuals.stm#2 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates- manuals.stm#4 . Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant is being engaged by the City for its professional expertise; the Consultant shall bring to the Consulting Contract Administrator’s attention any aspect of the City’s Project Management Manual or templates which the Consultant is of the opinion is not consistent with good industry practice. D10.4 The funds available for this Contract are $287,000.
