2/8/2023: amendment 0001 has been issued and is attached-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for:Supply and delivery of EOD Equipment - Brand Name or Equal for the U.S. Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine on behalf of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Department of the National Police of Ukraine. All interested sellers shall review the solicitation and offer equipment in accordance with the specification provided in this document.One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications.See Attachments for complete combined synopsis and solicitation
