The grass should be mowed on a regular basis and maintained so as to not exceed 2 - 2 nor be less than 1. A collection system should be used, if necessary, so as not to leave clumps of cut grass in the fields. All clippings and debris shall be removed from the complex area and not be disposed of on-site. Trimming is required along sidewalk edges and other obstacles such as utility poles, fences, etc. Spraying of herbicides will not be allowed.
