CMAS - California Recreational Fishing Regulations (RFR) Database and Content Management Application

California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Data and Technology Division (DTD) is seeking the assistance of an Information Technology Consulting vendor to enhance the existing Recreational Fishing and Regulations (RFR) database and content management application with features identified as critical by the CDFW stakeholders. The database will be the source for the future mobile application that will allow the public to access current recreational fishing regulations throughout California. The content management application will allow CDFW staff to easily update and manage the database.
