Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This

announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q00526. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Philadelphia Medical Center is seeking to purchase Clean and Test Substation A-10 in Building 1.

All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following:
The anticipated Period of Performance will be 60 days following award:

CLIN 0001: Service 15 KV Fused Disconnect Switches (60 days following Award)
CLIN 0002: Service Dry Type Power Transformers (60 days following Award)
CLIN 0003: Service Low Voltage Air Circuit Breakers (60 Days following Award)
CLIN 0004: Service and Calibrate Solid-State Relays (60 Days following Award)

All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation.

Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 2 to this solicitation.

Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4233, Revision Number 7, dated 01-16-2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 3.

Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.

NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k). Registration may be done online at: www.acquisition.gov or www.sam.gov.
