Description: INVITATION FOR BIDSFOR IMPROVEMENTS TOORANGE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (ORE)The Town of Orange, Massachusetts, acting through the Orange Airport Commission, invites sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work in connection with a construction contract at the Orange Municipal Airport, Orange, Massachusetts as follows:CONSTRUCT AIRPORT PERIMETER FENCE (APPROX. 11,500 LINEAR FEET)The work includes but is not limited to the installation of fencing and swing gates. Qualifications: Procedures regarding bids and the selection of contractors shall be in conformity with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M, as amended to date. Sealed Bids for the General Contract must be delivered to the office of the Airport Manager 80 Airport Road, Orange, MA 01634 prior to 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on Wednesday April 17, 2024, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
