The Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) South
Phoenix Healthy Start (SPHS) program is a federally and state funded
program providing case management, education, and support services to
families living in the South Mountain, Central, and Maryvale
communities in Phoenix, Arizona.  In today’s world of
technology, the program strives to make meaningful connections with
participants through virtual platforms. Our target audience is Women
and Men of color that are pregnant and/or parenting children up to 2
years of age. The South Phoenix Healthy Start program

desires to
contract with an individual or organization that will design, develop,
test, deploy, and host (for 12 months) a South Phoenix Healthy Start
mobile supported website or application to provide participants a
private (by invitation only) social platform to interact with staff,
track their incentive points, connect with case managers, provide a
calendar of health education classes, and connect them with community
resources and meetings. The provided solution shall be used by the
SPHS program staff and invited community participants. It is desired
that the final product be able to be accessed via a mobile phone as
well as through a laptop or desktop computer. All work shall be
completed with beta and final testing and have a go live date of
November 30, 2021 or sooner. The maximum amount to be spent on this
project is $35,000.

Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing
Department.  Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or
in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
