Smith Road, Medina, Ohio 44256 (south entrance), at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.All bids must be completed on forms provided by the Medina County Health Department and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked The 2022 Home Sewage Treatment System Replacement Project Contracts A, B & C, at the time and date set forth above.Specifications, Bidding Forms, and Contract Documents are available at the Medina County Sanitary Engineer’s, 791 W. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio 44256. Contract documents may be obtained upon payment of $50.00, none of which will be refunded. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, July 18, 2023.Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, payable to the Medina County Health Department in an approved form.Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.
