Agent Description Scope of Services Overview of Project The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified court reporting firms (Proposers) to provide court reporting services and transcription related services. The full Scope of Services can be found on page 17 of the RFP Document. Other Details All notifications, updates, and addenda will be posted on the City’s bid management and publications system at www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=20137. All questions must be submitted in writing through this site by 4:00 PM on or before March 12, 2024. A written response will be provided via PlanetBids email notification. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid. Please be advised that if any of the required attachments A-1, A-2, B, C, D, E, and F are not included in the submitted bid, it will automatically be deemed as nonresponsive. Notes The bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the bidder to successfully submit an electronic bid shall be at the bidder’s sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted bids.
