Sep 28, 2018 7:23 pm 1. Introduction: This requirement is for the renewal and purchase of Microsoft Software Assurance service and support and True Ups. This revised PWS provides specific identified Microsoft Enterprise agreement for software assurance along with the possible True-Ups necessary for DSADC.

2. Background: To provide support, maintenance and software assurance for licensing, DSADC needs to renew and purchase Microsoft technical support and software. The Microsoft suite of software is critical, from creating documents, spreadsheets and databases to sending e-mail and file sharing, Microsoft products play very important role in DSADC's everyday business.
3. Product Description/Specifications:
Scope of work includes: Support for the Microsoft software listed below. This acquisition includes yearly software assurance support and maintenance of various Microsoft software identified below as the Enterprise Agreement. Additional True-Ups (to include software assurance to the end of the contract) are identified in the table below the enterprise agreement list. Support includes the ability to contact the company via telephone and online from 5:00 AM through 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays for troubleshooting and repair of software problems.
