Hotel/Motel Accommodations

The Government of Saskatchewan, the Ministry of Social Services (MSS) is seeking Proponents to provide hotel/motel accommodation services for a one-year pilot project in Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The intent of this RFP is to select one (1) hotel/motel in each location (Regina and Saskatoon) to provide five (5) rooms every night for the duration of the agreement at a single fixed rate for all nights, to ensure safe shelter for vulnerable individuals and families. Rooms are to be used by a single individual or multiple individuals like a couple or family. Successful Supplier(s) are to adhere to standards that ensure the health and safety of clients. Additional InformationProponent(s) choosing to participate in this RFP process should be prepared to accept Appendix C terms and conditions, subject to changes that may be mutually agreed upon in the negotiation process. It is GOS’s intention to enter into an Agreement with up to two (2) Proponents. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of up to one (1) year.
