Buyer Contact: April Wall april.wall@gcsu.edu +1 478-445-5705 Description: Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide graduate online program management services for specific graduate programs to Georgia College & State University as further described in this eRFP. Georgia College & State University seeks proposals for an experienced higher education partner to provide Online Program Management (OPM) to support student recruitment, enrollment, and completion in online graduate programs. Partnership components may include: market research for program viability; assistance with instructional design and development; marketing planning and campaign execution; lead generation and recruitment for prospective students; assistance with onboarding of students via enrollment processes; student success services for retention in online graduate programs; program evaluation; and helpdesk and/or technical support. Other agreed-to services may be identified or recommended by the OPM.
