Miscellaneous Professional Services for the City of Lauderhill
 
The City of Lauderhill, Florida, hereinafter referred to as CITY, will be accepting sealed Request For Qualifications (RFQ) in the office of the City Clerk, 5581 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Suite 421, Lauderhill, Florida 33313, for furnishing the services under the “Miscellaneous Professional Services  / RFQ 2019-036” as described in the categories and disciplines below: 
 
 
Request for Qualification (RFQ) must be received and time stamped by the City Clerk, either by mail or hand delivery, no later than 10:45 am local time on September 5, 2019. Late submittals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
 The statement of the work may be obtained by written request to Purchasing at purchasing@lauderhill-fl.gov, having title “RFQ 2019-036, Miscellaneous Professional Services” in the reference, DemandStar and the City’s website. Questions regarding the technical requirements of this RFQ should be directed to Purchasing. No questions must be submitted later than ten (10) days or before the closing date.
 The City anticipates awarding a contract(s) for three years. Failure to complete work or satisfy deadline requirements shall result in termination of any future obligations of the City of Lauderhill to the company.
