Within 3 days of roof removal contractor to conduct an inspection of the roof sheathing and fascia boards. Contractor to generate a report of the total square footage of sheathing & lineal feet of fascia boards to be replaced and provide report to the TPOC & Lake Manager, during this inspection the TPOC & Project staff will be allowed to verify the unsuitable sheathing / fascia to be replaced. Options 001 & 002 will be awarded according to the contractor’s square foot / lineal foot unit price on the price breakout schedule. Contractor to remove existing roof penetrations (exhaust vents) and repair / replace roof sheathing. Install new underlayment, metal roofing panels, ridge cap vent, seamless gutters, downspouts, and splash blocks according to the specifications located
