The ideal software solution will enable Fit & Rec to provide outstanding customer service for its business activities including, but not limited to, recreation program administration and registration, facility reservations, membership passes, payment processing and activity reporting.TWU Fit & Rec is committed to providing recreational and leisure opportunities for students, faculty and staff through open recreation options,

intramural leagues, outdoor adventure, aquatics and more. The Fitness and Recreation Center offers various levels of membership to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff.TWU Fit & Rec seeks the assistance of an experienced company that can accomplish all of the functionality identified in this RFP.
