The Court is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified
companies that can   provide an online bidding procurement
system to replace the existing online procurement system. 


Only written proposals will be accepted.
Proposals must be sent by registered or certified mail, courier
service (e.g. FedEx), or delivered by hand. Proposals may not be
transmitted by fax or email.

Proposals are due May 20,
2022 by 2:00pm. Late proposals will not be accepted. The Court does
not provide parking or validation. 



Proposals must be delivered within the
dates of
May 16, 2022 - May 20, 2022.

Not before or after.



In person submissions will be

accepted at the address
below between the hours of 8:00 am-3:00 pm:

The Technical proposals will be opened and evaluated on
May 24, 2022.

Cost Proposals will be opened publicly on
May 31, 2022 at 9:00
am. at 330 W. Broadway Room 363B.
