Gateway Services CDD- Administrative Building Construction

SCOPE OF WORK: a. The work on this contract generally consists of construction of an approximately 9,100 SF administrative building, and associated site improvements, including earthwork, parking/roadways, utility services, drainage improvements, landscaping and irrigation improvements. b. The work shall be performed in accordance with the approved construction documents. All materials and shop drawings shall be submitted for review by the Engineer of Record. c. Additional work may be requested by the DISTRICT to be performed as negotiated based on pricing provided in this bid, as well as other items as deemed commensurate for the requested scope of work. The DISTRICT will require a Bid Security/Bond and a Public Construction Bond on this project.
