Recreation Management Software

The City of Clayton (herein noted as “the City”) is inviting qualified companies to submit proposals to provide a comprehensive, fully integrated, recreation management software system for the City of Clayton Parks and Recreation Department in accordance with the specifications contained within the available RFP. It is the desire of the City to award a contract with a vendor that best meets the overall needs of the City. The City is looking to develop a long-term relationship with an established software vendor that will allow for more efficient executions of duties, and the ability to provide information in a timely manner and user-friendly format.
Each respondent shall submit one (1) electronic copy of their proposal to Valerie Egel at
vsegel@claytonmo.gov marked on the subject matter as “RFP – Recreation Software." Submittals shall be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2020.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
