Unit pricing will be established in the bid to allow the City to contract for repair and maintenance work on an as-needed basis. The Work involved with the Project shall include, but may not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, superintendence, mobilization and services necessary for the repair and maintenance of City roads, streets, and facilities on an as-needed basis.
