Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to provide the government with a nationally acceptable accreditation environmental analysis and testing in accordance with international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Accreditation must be for US Environmental Protection Agency National Lead Laboratory Accreditation Program (NLLAP) accreditation and Environmental Testing (solid hazardous waste, liquid hazardous waste, and Clean Water Act nonpotable water) in accordance with OPNAV 5090.1.Period of Performance will be from 01 February 2023 – 31 January 2028.  This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals.  Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capability of
