HVAC Systems Renovations at 7 Mudge Way, Bedford, MA. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149. The Scope of Work is to demo the existing HVAC systems and associated equipment and furnish and install a new HVAC system as well as any associated construction work, per the attached plans and specifications. All work will be phased as the building will be occupied.
