Bids must be submitted electronically. Vendor must include signed
acknowledgement of Bidder Instructions and Terms & Conditions as
well as Specification & Pricing spreadsheets. Bid responses will be
reviewed by the General Services Division for verification and
compliance with specifications and subsequent recommendation to the City
Council for award of an order or rejection of the responses, as deemed
appropriate. The City reserves the right to make no award.
