The Town has identified the need for Tiers 3 and 4 level support for Network, Server, General IT service and on-call/as-needed maintenance along with potential project support for Town issued directives. Tiers 3 and 4 level support to be provided during normal business hours and after hours, with the ability to be onsite within ninety (90) minutes of Town’s request during for downtime issues. o Network Engineering Services o VMWare Support Needs o Microsoft Server Support o Active Directory/Azure AD/Group Policy o DNS Support Issues o Low Voltage Cabling o Public Safety Camera
