Pursuant to Section 143-131 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for the Downtown Alleyways Improvement Project (the “Project) to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill, N.C. will be received by Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, N.C., until
Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
Prospective bidders may view the plans and specifications for the proposed project below.
The Project Manager for this project is Sarah Poulton, Town Manager’s Office, Town of Chapel Hill. All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at
spoulton@townofchapelhill.org by 5:00pm on Friday, December 14, 2018. All responses to timely submitted requests for interpretations will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town’s website on Friday, December 21, 2018. There will be no pre-bid conference.
