Summary DetailsThis Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following upgrade to the communication rooms located at Healthy Minds (P1‐314), Healthy Minds (P3‐314), and Shaughnessy (E501)At C&W Hospital lack adequate cooling is resulting in high room temperatures. The Provincial Health Services Authority to install new spilt units in the mentioned communication rooms, including all the scope details mentioned in the tender documents. The scope includes but not limited to:Provide and install new split heat pumps and baseboard heaters complete with all Controls and accessories as specified in the Mechanical Documents. Provide all associated Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Hazardous Abatement as outlined in their respective documents. Provide condensate pumps, drains with insulation, drip trays and leak detectors as per details.Provide new walls, patch and repair interior and exterior finishes at new mechanical and electrical penetration as specified on the architectural documents. Provide firestopping as noted.Provide and install roof support curbs for the outdoor heat pump units as specified in the Structural Drawings. Equipment shall be anchored as per the mounting details included in the Structural Drawings. Remove and reinstate roofing as part of the rooftop curb installation as per the roofing details included in the Structural Drawing package.The anticipated Ready for Takeover Date is July 26, 2024.
