This RFI seeks information on industry’s capability to provide Performance Based Logistics/Contractor Logistics Support (PBL/CLS) services for the fielded Biological Integrated Detection Systems/Joint Biological Point Detection Systems (BIDS/JBPDS), Joint Portal Shield (JPS), in both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to ensure operational availability and logistics response time requirements are met.
