Range and Training Area management Support

 The scope of this effort is to provide key expertise for the Marine Corps Range safety program which includes, aviation range safety, ground range safety, laser range safety, range certification, Range Facility Management Support System, administrative support, range safety training, range managers Tool Kit, GIS (Geographic information Systems) data maintenance and development services, Range Operations Professional Development (ROPD) curriculum development support services, financial support services, and installation range operations support that have multi-service experience with class instruction, range integration, range certification, and airspace/Federal Airspace Administration (FAA) workflows.  These services will provide the required expertise and support for the modernization, upgrading, transformation, safety, and sustainment of USMC Operational Training Ranges.For this requirement, a sources sought announcement (SSA) was issued with a summary of the objectives being sought. As a result, seven (7) capability statements were received. Analysis of the SSA responses indicates that small businesses are available to fulfill the objectives of the performance work statement (PWS); therefore, this requirement will be a total small business set-aside.
