The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Assisted Acquisition Services Division (AASD) has received a requirement from Information Technology Services Office (ITSO) and the Digital Service Office of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia. This acquisition includes the operations, management, and support of an integrated digital, VoIP and analog telephony, PBX equipment and Unified Messaging Voice mail system network, cellular DAS services as well as the management and maintenance of the supporting cable infrastructure for CDC’s voice and data network. Management of the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) communications circuits to all endpoint within the environment is a part of scope. The scope encompasses the need for support for the Management of Projects. Projects are defined as temporary endeavors undertaken to provide a unique solution which have a defined start date and end date. Projects will include the design and installation of new cable infrastructure, horizontal, backbone, outside plant, structured cable for voice, data, and video, CATV, cellular DAS equipment and cabling, the installation of new PBX and peripherals and adjuncts for upgrade and enhancements, overhead paging systems, supporting cabling, UPS and accessories. These projects will be defined by the Government as the need arises and will be site and project specific. Contractor personnel will provide support with specificity to support tasks identified in the Performance Work Statement
