Commerce Management System Project Description :Hospitality & Ancillary Services (H&AS) oversees the Commerce Management System at University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM). This System supports meal plan, food services, vending services, and print/copy transactions. H&AS’s contract with its current System provider will expire in December 2024. Currently, UTM’s Commerce Management System is hosted on premise, but UTM will be looking for a cloud-based solution in its 2024 RFP. For the purposes of this RFI, please shape your responses from the perspective of a cloud-based Commerce Management System solution.The submitted information by bidders to this RFI will help shape the scope of work required as part of the RFP for a new Commerce Management System to be tendered in mid-2023. Vendors who have submitted information to this RFI may be contacted by the UTM to arrange a site visit to a campus that uses the vendor’s Commerce Management System in Fall 2023 in order for UTM to view the System in operation. Colleges or Universities will be selected by UTM for potential visits as campuses whose meal plan programs and operations closely resemble that of UTM’s.
