City of Wheatland Lead Service Line Inventory/ Replacement Plan

The city of Wheatland, Missouri is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and/ or provide lead service line replacement plan services. The full scope of requirements are available at 18579 Main St., Wheatland, Missouri or can be requested by email from cityofwheatland@abbmissouri.com (link sends email) .All proposals, including price for the services, must be mailed to and received at Wheatland City Hall, P.O. Box 187, Wheatland, MO 65779 by Monday, April 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time, at which time the proposals will be opened and read publicly. Late proposals will not be considered. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope.This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater

Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.Request for ProposalsThe city of Wheatland is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory services. The completed lead service line inventory spreadsheet should adhere to 40 CFR 141.84. The city has an estimated 275 service lines.The city of Wheatland is requesting pricing for several services as part of this project: records review services, in-field verification services and administrative services. Bidders must provide a price on the below proposal form for each service requested. Proposals that fail to provide a price for all services will not be considered. Bidders should be aware that they will be expected to complete forms required by the state funding agency. Additionally, there will be language requirements and forms from the state funding agency that will need to be incorporated into the final contract that is signed by the city and selected bidder.Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are further explained at the link provided below.
