MARTIN FIRE HERBICIDE APPLICATION The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for the application of contractor furnished herbicide and adjuvant on approximately 15,000 acres over selected sites for the control of invasive and/or noxious weeds on BLM administered land, as defined on the attached maps. Project areas are in the BLM Winnemucca District, Humboldt County, NV. The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable and the appropriate SCA Wage Decisions are included. NAICS: 115310 Size Standard: $8.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Total Small Business under the 115310 NAICS code for Support Activities for Forestry. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract. An organized site visit is NOT scheduled. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. IN NO EVENT SHALL FAILURE TO INSPECT THE SITE CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR A CLAIM AFTER CONTRACT
