NOTICE TO BIDDERSSouth Whitehall Township is soliciting bids for the following: BID #2023-08 REBID for the Water Storage Tank Maintenance ContractA mandatory pre-bid meeting shall take place at 9:00 a.m. on June 26, 2023, at the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building, 4444 Walbert Ave, Allentown, PA 18104. This meeting is mandatory for a bid to be considered.Sealed online bids shall be submitted through the PennBid Program until 10:00 a.m. on July 5, 2023.On July 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., South Whitehall Township will receive sealed bids online and will be publicly opened.Copies of the bid documents, including plans and specifications, may be viewed, and obtained online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.procureware.comBid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one-hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days after the date of the Notice of Award.The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept, either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests.
