JH-23003CAPITOL EXTENSION – CM@RISK SERVICES Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Statements of Qualifications for Capitol Extension – CM@Risk Services. Project Overview: Valley Metro is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the Capitol Extension project which is a 1.4-mile western extension of the existing Valley Metro light rail transit (LRT) line from downtown Phoenix to the Arizona State Capitol. The Capitol Extension is scheduled to begin operations in 2028. Submittal Date/Time:Thursday, July 27, 2023, by 3:00 P.M. MST (Phoenix local time). Submittals received after the specified time will not be accepted. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) documents are available or will be available on or about Thursday, June 8, 2023. Interested firms may download the RFQ documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home. A login will be required to submit a response. Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.
