The parcels are located in Healy immediately east of the Parks Highway near milepost 249 within Section 13, Township 12 South, Range 8 West, Fairbanks Meridian. Only persons from whom DNR DMLW LCS receives timely, written comment during the identified comment period will be eligible to file an appeal of the Final Finding and Decision.
