Waste Oil Tank Removal

The Town of Acton, Massachusetts, will receive sealed bids for the following contracts: Removal of Waste Oil Tank Department Of Public Works Highway Garage 14 Forest Road Acton, Massachusetts Contract #2/12/2020 - 1011 at the Acton Highway Department,14 Forest Rd., Acton, Massachusetts, 01720, until 9:00 A.M. Local Time on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 and at that time bids will be publicly open and read. Specifications and bidding forms may be obtained from the Acton Highway Division, 14 Forest Road, Acton, Massachusetts, during normal working hours from January 15, 2020 until the expiration of the time for the filing of bids. Bidding procedures are governed by Massachusetts General Laws (G. L.) Chapter (c.) 149, §44A, and G. L. c. 30, §39M, as applicable and referenced in G. L. 149. All bidders must be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00 “Prequalification of Contractors”. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the date designated above for the opening of bids. The Contractor must comply with the all applicable federal, state and local law and regulations.
