M72 Light Assault Weapon (LAW) Variants and Shoulder Launched Munitions (SLM) Components

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Project Manager-Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS), issues the subject solicitation for the manufacturing, testing and delivery of the M72 Light Assault Weapon (LAW) variants and components for Shoulder Launched Munitions (SLM) training systems. All details are contained within the soliciation and attachments.The Government is fulfilling this requirement via a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of five (5) years. Section 2304(c)(3), as implemented by FAR 6.302-3, Industrial Mobilization; Engineering, Developmental, or Research Capability; or Expert Services.This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government.
